"The place was exactly as advertised. It needs a little love but the location is excellent and the staff very nice. The weather didn't cooperate so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. . Cap Al has lots of beach items, chairs, beach towels for your use. "We were pleased with the charm of the older cottage (built 1945) that has been equipped with most anything required for a quiet secluded stay. Everything worked as it should. Amenities like beach chairs, towels and even outdoor barbecue were all in working order, even though in a used condition. We had no reason to call on the host aside from originally struggling with the key-lock box that we eventually overcame in the dark of night. "The studio apartment was very cute and more than functional. I had family in the neighborhood so I mostly just slept there but I could have cooked, the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I missed was I would have liked to use a washing machine but there wasn’t one in the little house. "
