"Very lovely property. Very comfy bed the first 2 nights on the 6 th floor bay view. Then I moved to the 9 th floor ocean view. The view was awesome. The bed was very uncomfortable. But it was only 1 night. Overall very nice staff, from the restaurant, to the pool bar, tiki bar, and front desk and the most kindest and sweetest gal working in the gift shop. Great job to Human Resources for hiring such awesome staff. Rarely do I meet so many great staff under 1 roof. The food was awesome as well. Of course being right on the beach completes the package. Well done Hilton, Well done!"

"Hotel was relatively clean, a few dead bugs and some stains on the bed comforter. Staff was helpful. Location wasn't unsafe but it did not feel like the best neighborhood. Also, there was no wow factor about the amenities, parking, location. It was a good stay, staff was nice, room cleanliness was average. Hotel does not have control over the surrounding area but what it does have control over was good to average. Thank you. "
