The hotel is quite a convenient place to stay l enjoyed their food variety so much to choose especially breakfast The front desk Transport and catering team were willing to assist us in what ever we requested l didn't like the traffic jam during evening time you could spend 15 minutes jamed to reach hotel

The property inside has undergone a recent refurbishment and looks great .. the club level lounge is worth upgrading to.. the staff were amazing in the hotel and so were the lifeguards on the beach .. they make the Sheraton brand stand out .. a wonderful holiday .. thank you Dushan, Kingsley , Micheal , Julie and all the staff

Great place to stay
Rooms are nice and recently renovated. Close to lots of restaurants and fast-food places. The grounds and pool area are great and are right next to the beach and The Walk. Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurants on site serve great food and drinks, although somewhat expensive, the buffet breakfast has plenty of choice. Very easy access to taxis, trams and tours.

I stayed at the Sheraton JBR few times as it’s very good but this time was much better as it’s been fully refurbished. Mr Mohamed El Aghoury was very helpful and respectful dealing with my queries. The staff at al hadeqa restaurant are really nice and friendly specially Sameh and Waleed, we spent most of our evenings there great food and service. At the beach Most of the staff are helpful and friendly specially Abdul Rahman always helped with a smile Me and my kids love the place and definitely had a great time as always, when ever I go to Dubai I will stay there it’s feel like home when you are surrounded with lovely helpful smiling people 24/7

The Sheraton Hotel, Jumeirah Beach resort is fantastic. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful outside space, a large pool and it's a great location. The staff are superb, friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, clean and lots of entertainment options in that area. The beach is amazing and the Bliss Lounge outside knows how to treat and value their guests! Amazing staff and they should be credited for my amazing experience there!

Great service overall and staff are wonderful. Breakfast variety is all super. Unfortunately the rooms are outdated in terms of decor and especially the bathrooms that are in need of refurb.

Good Hotel in a great location
Nice hotel in a great location, service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and outdoor areas are looking a little tired and need some maintenance. The net curtains in our room were grey and dirty but apart from that the room was clean and well equipped.

Family friendly but older hotel
This is an old hotel. You can tell once you get inside the room. The bathroom fixtures are outdated. The location is great being close to so many restaurants like Bla Bla and shopping. They have their own beach access and the hotel pool is ok. This is a family-friendly hotel with lots of space outdoors.

My 4rth time at this Sheraton. Always an excellent level of service with great rooms, outstanding staff and beautiful grounds. My main issue on this ovvasion is the bar next door Bla Bla. Blaring music until 3 am. Sheraton needs to take measures to stop this.

I booked a twin room with a sea view for myself and mob daughter None were available so we were offered the penthouse My daughter slept in the wonderful only bed I slept on a roller way bed
