"What makes this hotel stand out above? Others is simply the customer service we received from every single member of staff that works there. Whoever is training their staff need to be acknowledged as the service we received was superb and we have stayed in lots of other hotels in Dubai. Also, the beach is beautiful and the location of the beach is ideal as you don’t get all the noisy boat traffic passing that section of the beach. The gym is really well equipped and huge, hence if you enjoy a gym workout on holiday there are plenty of machines available it’s never too busy. You are able to use all of the restaurants in the Western hotel, hence you have a superb choice of evening restaurants A special mention to Jobin on the concierge team who helped my son with table bookings every single day. The room was a really good size and the daily cleaning team were superb. "

"Great location along JBR, lovely staff. Food was excellent in the hotel. We booked the all inclusive option with a room with Lounge access. The all inclusive worked well for us but I think we wouldn’t bother with the lounge access next time. All in all a great spot, and the manager Mubarak really looked after us"

"This property was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Not only clean & well maintained but simply gorgeous to the sight! I loved EVERYTHING about it! The staff was friendly, professional, accommodating & simply outstanding! They even called to ensure everything was up to standard during our visit & asked if we needed anything to help make our stay better! They were just the right amount of attentive. Reminded me of my favorite Department Store Nordstrom! The area was mere perfection! It was walking distance to the beach & to any and every type of restaurant you would like to visit and eat! We DEFINITELY want to return to The Blue Beach Towers the next time we visit Dubai - they made our first visit so awesome my husband & Best Friends with whom we traveled - cannot WAIT to return n to AWESOME Dubai! We loved every morsel of every minute! Thank you Blue Beach Towers staff SO much! We LOVE you! "
