Whoever is training their staff need to be acknowledged as the service we received was superb and we have stayed in lots of other hotels in Dubai. Also, the beach is beautiful and the location of the beach is ideal as you don’t get all the noisy boat traffic passing that section of the beach. The gym is really well equipped and huge, hence if you enjoy a gym workout on holiday there are plenty of machines available it’s never too busy. You are able to use all of the restaurants in the Western hotel, hence you have a superb choice of evening restaurants A special mention to Jobin on the concierge team who helped my son with table bookings every single day. The room was a really good size and the daily cleaning team were superb. "
