"Property is well maintained but the hotel is joined with a resident area so you have to take a seperate elevator to get to your room and to the roof top pool. Can be quite inconvenient if mobility is an issue. Pool view of the Burj Khalifa is a gem but pool lounge chairs are hard to get as you cannot hold your chairs. "Excellent location but the room could do with some updating as cupboards were worn, coffee machine didn’t work and a few other niggling issues. The service was great though, very polite and service orientated. When we called for more pillows, they were there within minutes"
