Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."
