"Ahmed on check in was extremely accommodating on our early arrival time. The staff would always greet us and offer information or advice about the local area. Housekeeping was everyday and the staff would be receptive to any request. Personally some of the kitchen utensils were not the best to cook with and the cooker was dated as the markings on the knobs had worn off. Dishwasher has a funny smell, so didn’t use it. "Our sister trip to Dubai was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at Taj Dubai. From the moment we arrived, Akashia, Saurav, Khushi, Jaideep, Suyash, Shang, and Ahmed from the Club went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and welcomed. Helena and Dheeraj at the front desk were so warm and helpful, always greeting us with genuine smiles.
