"The house was very comfortable, nice family room and dining room for relaxing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 5. Nice backyard and street for walking. Insufficient supplies were provided: not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels for 5 people for 4 days. Also, not enough eating utensils, only 2 table knives and a few spoons (plenty of forks). Tiny 5 cup coffeemaker was inadequate and had wrong size filters. Skillets at end of life expectancy,...

"Easy and relaxing "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for wine outings yet in a quiet neighborhood. We were two families so having the primary bedroom suite on one floor and the other bedrooms/bath on a separate floor allowed us to each have our own space. With 105 degree heat outside we appreciated the air conditioning and the lovely pool. We would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here while in trial in Placerville and it was the perfect home away from home. The area was quiet, and I even had a beautiful buck in my front yard when I arrived. Jason was an incredible host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Though the location is a little remote, that's what makes it charming and allows for wonderful wildlife encounters like wild turkeys and even a skunk family. I will definitely stay here again if I have to be back in trial in Placerville!"

You will be out in the wide open spaces of nature. Property description was accurate. Communication with Host was great. Would definitely stay at this property again. "Our whole multigenerational family (ages 5 to 82) very much enjoyed staying at the home. It is large, private, and has plenty of family-friendly features, including a large lawn for games, a great playground, and even gates on the stairs and oven (for nosy little ones). It is close-ish to a very good grocery store and has one of the best-stocked STR kitchens I've ever stayed in. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving wonderful."
