"The front desk welcome was stellar. They are also a tour operator so I was able to check-in and line up all my activities at the same time. Their chair at the front desk was great for a hot weary traveler arriving. The location is great. I got lucky and was put in a room by myself with a bunk bed at no extra charge instead of the 4 person dorm I’d booked as it had filled up. "A very nice family owned hotel! The views are awesome but some comfortable cushions would be a nice addition to the deck chairs. We saw many birds from our deck. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very good. The stairs may be hard if you are not in shape. This is a great place to stay. "

"What an adventure, Naguala is one of the best kept secrets on the Osa. This is a rainforest paradise, with waterfalls, trails, gardens and all the wildlife. It was a perfect place to catch our breath. The food was so delicious, we saw tapir tracks at the river, 3 different monkeys, the howlers are so loud and the toucans and small red billed ones are cool too.
