We got to check in early and they gave us a late check out. I also felt comfortable leaving my luggage with staff the last day. Only negative thing is you can hear everything through the walls! "

"Brilliant stay and accommodation. Clean and very helpful staff. Shower was not as powerful as I hoped but that is a very minor issue. Sadly, not that it affected me but it might for other first time visitors to Vancouver, there are a lot of homeless and drug affected people all around the streets of down town Vancouver. Not sure why this is the case. "
