Overall stay was good, location is walking distance to everything that you may need. Only complaint is they need to make sure the little things like toilet paper and Kleenex are stocked in bath room (we ran out). We would stay here again

This place is great value. It's basic. Not a hotel. You get a basic room. The price is unbeatable in downtown Ottawa. If you are on a budget, this is the place.

Check in was easy and pleasant. The wonderful lady at the front went a bit over and beyond finding us secure parking in the area as this specific hotel does not have its own parking. All the staff seem to be so friendly.
