Tons of space in the rooms, very comfortable and super nice staff. It’s my new go to hotel in downtown LA. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in downtown LA so I know every hotel downtown inside out and backwards. This is my favourite."

"The hotel was clean but not very secure. I noticed a few people who didn’t use a code to enter the building while waiting for the elevator. I didn’t get good sleep, every few minutes I was woken up by loud traffic, homeless screaming, dogs barking, sirens and other random, unsettling noises. I couldn’t use the ear plugs because I needed to hear my alarm in the morning to make it to the airport on time. "
