"Great location for our purpose. Pool was not open but they did offer use of a nearby pool. That didn’t work for us, but was nice of them. Renovations were happening on nearly every floor and elevators sometimes took awhile to get. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint is that almost everyone staying there was attending the same event that we were, but despite that fact they did not adjust their breakfast or bar hours of operation to make it available to most of us. "

I had specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds, but upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was oversold and my request could not be accommodated. To address the situation, they offered an additional room at no extra charge, which was appreciated. However, the inconvenience of having to separate into two rooms instead of staying together as...
