"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean as were the sheets. Also offered breakfast service too. Only issue was that the elevator was broken which was inconvenient but they did offer a full refund if I wanted to cancel because of it. In the end, it wasn't a deal breaker. Plus, free parking while being near to downtown is great!"
