Located extremely close to downtown Indianapolis. The room was very clean. My only issue is that parking is $30/day. Doesn't seem right to charge for parking

The property it's self looked nice but it is in need of both tlc and repair. Specifically the elevator and the hotel rooms need of repair. I would not recommend the property to others due to its age and needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was safe and easy to walk from and back to. So location was the draw. For selection but will not stay in the Future.

Not much next to this hotel so getting anything you need like groceries or a meal is a real pain- if you don’t have a car. Hotel is worn, tired carpets and hallways. No bar or small meals available unless you walk to the next hotel over and they have a very basic set up and the food isn’t good. The room space is large and there’s an empty fridge. 😃 wouldn’t stay there again as there are other hotels nearer to what’s going on with more amenities.

A nice reasonably priced hotel. A little bit dated but with great sized rooms that are very comfortable. The staff are really friendly, especially Devin on front desk. It is located on the Canal which is great for walks and relaxation. The area surrounding it is a bit run down but appears to be in the process of improvement but is not very inviting at night time unless you are driving or can access Uber (non-Us citizens might have difficulty getting around as public transport or roving taxis are practically non-existent) Across the street, however, is a great little bar/restaurant, The Social View, very welcoming with good food and drinks at reasonable prices. A nice little oasis in an otherwise featureless area. The hotel is good for locality to Lucas Stadium, the Convention Center and downtown area, walkable during the day and a short cab ride at night.

The size of these rooms is terrific for long-term stays and the staff is great. I did find it noisy as sound traveled from upstairs, and I found the property a bit confusing to navigate.

Not happy with this place. First, I requested for a room with a Stand Up "walk-in" shower, They told me it's available, then gave me a shower with a tub. 2nd, they make you pay $30.00/ day for parking when they're parking lot is empty. I go up, I start cooking for dinner, and now the vent for the the "full kitchen" doesn't work. Now my room smells like bacon. Lady at the front desk says they'll send somebody; only to find out an hour later that she was just going to document it, and have somebody the next day. It's not about how messed up it is and how fast you can fix things, it's about setting the expectation of when you can fix it and what you can do in the mean time. 2 day, toilet doesn't flush. At this point, you just get used to stuff not working. Mind you, this $146/ day a 3day x $30 = $90 parking. I will be travelling every month to indianapolis to handle accounts. I will not be staying or recommending this hotel. From the Philippines, to Hongkong, to China, to the whole US, this is the worst hotel. You should get a ZERO rating.

We had our reservation for this specific hotel relocated to a different hotel 20 miles away due to a “long term resident” extending their stay. Notice was given same day as check in around 1100 with a 3 pm check in time. We picked the specific hotel due to location. Very poor customer service, no mention of discount due to relocation or any other offer, just notification that we were being moved. Asked for full refund.
