"We booked this hotel specifically for the indior heated pool so the kids could swim in winter. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the pool was shut down. Thr kids were so bummed. There was also only 1 remote for the tvs in our room. There were 2 tvs but only 1 remote. The food and service were great. The hotel was very clean. "
