"This is a beautiful home. The builders put more window than wall wherever possible and there are lovely views in all directions. Looking through the trees at the valley below from the deck was especially nice. Lot's of privacy and space with a tall fence with only visible neighbor. "I am retired and have a bad knee. But my aches and pains were less while out by the pond. I love the quiet and nature showing itself everywhere. Great site for star watching too. "We really enjoyed our stay in Nevada City. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The narrow driveway was ok, but lots of street spots were available right across the street. The home is very nice. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with a nice variety of things people had left such as spices, cooking oil, etc... I think its nice when some of those things can become communal...

"I cannot even describe the charm and beauty of this home. We were greeted with a fresh bouquet of flowers and a personal message from our hosts. The home is huge with an outdoor patio. "This place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable on every level and anything we could possibly need was already provided! The view was great, we loved to drink our coffee and watch the sun rise and moon set on the back porch. Charlie, the dog, was so sweet, we loved his visits, my kids wished they could keep him! The hosts were very quick to respond whenever I reached out to them. I cannot recommend this place enough and we wi definitely stay here again whenever we are...

"The property is centrally located, easy walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. It was nicely decorated and spotless, perfect for what we were looking for. Worth noting that there is no dedicated parking spot and sometimes street parking can be a little hard to come by. Also, the unit is 3 floors, with the bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor and the bedroom on the top floor. So just be prepared for that. Not a problem for us, but might be for less mobile renters.
