"Walking in there was an air of cigarette and/or cigar smell in the hallways and lobby. But the room was perfect. No bad smells. Room was clean. On check in we hit one small snag, I have a service dog and the desk receptionist asked me for documentation. This is actually illegal under the ADA. You can ask if it's a service dog and what tasks does it do. I quickly explained there is no federal or state recognized paperwork or documentation but I answered the questions that should have been asked....

"Service, room, food, recreational areas were all great! Staff was helpful , friendly and patient.. only problem was we were without power for the last night there and they couldnt get our problem fixed because no one had keys to the breakers at that time of the night so maybe something you should consider changing because anything can happen! "
