Description said the room Had a microwave and picture of the room had a small dorm size refisgerator with a freezer. There was no microwave and the smallest mini fridge Iā€™ve ever seen in my life. I checked to make sure we were in the right room and staff said yes.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, our room was not properly cleaned and smelled unpleasant. The area was full of homeless people. Overall, it didnā€™t feel very safe to stay there.

My key card got demagnetized several times during my stay. I felt unsafe having to walk over to guest services constantly especially at night. I dealt with an older black woman who was absolutely amazing and she held her composure when the person in front of me in line was being nasty to her. She is very sweet. She was the only positive during my stay.

We booked this last minute. Coming back from a cruise & heading over to Orlando the next day. We have stayed at the Motel 6 in Cocoa Beach & haven't had an issue so we thought we'd give this one a try. Big mistake, as I was checking in the peoole in front of us were basically getting it on in the lobby. Then in the room, it had a funky smell. On the tub of the shower was someones nose piercing, ew! We didn't notice it until bedtime & we were exhausted, we just didn't tough it. The next morning when both our son & daughter took their showers their towels had hair all over them, not any of our hairs either, as one was a long jet black hair, my hair is long but dirty brown & my daughters is blonde. I know you get what you pay for. We also saw tiny ants near the sink but I know that can happen anywhere, as we occasionally have them at our house.
