"Our rental worked very well for a family of 17, ages 2-72. Lots of bedrooms to fit our group. Kitchen well supplied with plates, glasses, flatware. Loved the pool and hot tub. Space for our group to gather and share meals. Grill worked well. Game room with massage chairs was popular. The younger kids loved the bunk bed room and there was a crib for the 2 year old. Happy with our stay! Thank you!"

"We loved the house, especially the thoughtful details that were added to the upstairs bedrooms. Our Grandkids loved the Frozen and car room and also the Theater room was a big hit and it has the BEST game room we have ever had. Kitchen had everything you hoped was available and more. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was a good size for our families, and the kids especially loved the Mario slide room—it was a fun highlight for them. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. Just two hours before our scheduled check-in, we were notified that we had to delay our arrival by 2.5 hours, which was extremely inconvenient given we were already on our way. When we finally arrived, the house had a strong smell of marijuana, and some of the pillowcases were dirty. There were also marijuana joints left in the driveway, which was concerning given that we had kids with us. The pool also had a safety gate which would have been great for the kids but unfortunately it did not close all the way properly so there was a gap they could still fit through. Initially, we were only offered a 75 reimbursement for the inconveniences the first night, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. They finally offered more of a reimbursement after a few going back and forth but we still felt this was not enough. The community clubhouse was also overcrowded and not as relaxing as we’d hoped. Additionally, the street the house was on felt more like a block party at night—loud music, people outside late, and more marijuana use.While the house itself had potential, these issues made the overall experience disappointing for us. Hopefully, the host addresses these concern for future families. "
