"Nice place for the price"

"Nice hotel but needs update. We had a few issues. The hot water was gray and our lock didn’t work when we came back from breakfast. we had to go to front desk several times each time they reprogrammed it it still did not work. Maintenance had to come and Jimmy the lock. This delayed our departure by at least a half hour. They did give me some extra Hilton bonus points for the water issue. It did clear up the by the next day. "

"Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows)."

"Passing through and needed a room for 1 night. Check is was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure! In the morning, there are plenty of options for breakfast AND the breakfast area is clean and replenished often. We traveled with a dog and there is an area on the property to walk them. The area felt safe. Would stay here again."
