"I like that it was close to everything you possibly need"

"The area around the property looked industrial. Self parking was a city block away in a parking garage and cost $15/night. About a brisk 3 minute walk. Valet was $24/night. Slow drain in the sink and lights out around the mirror were fixed when reported. The hamburger in their restaurant was very good, but you could not charge that to your room."

"Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows)."

"Good location. Unfortunately we had a loud group outside smoking at 12:30am. They were talking very loudly and animated for over 25 min. As I was about to call the front desk they left. Made for a terrible nights sleep. They need to move the smoking area further away from the property. Also there is a huge pothole in the parking lot. "
