"Our original room had a slow draining bathtub which hampered the showering experience. We called the front desk and they sent a maintanance man that was very polite and helpful. He worked on trying to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. He finally suggested we have a room change and very kindly made arrangements for us to move directly across the hall. Our next room was actually a little cleaner, brighter and bathroom seemed slightly more updated. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, which was...

"We had to leave another hotel due to cleanliness and misrepresentation of the property we were staying at. This hotel was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Will go back but won't be booking through hotels.com after the experience we had at the other property."
