"What a gem! This lovely little boutique hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff - especially Mr. Jim remembered our names and itinerary the whole time we were there. They organized various tours including Halong bay and a fabulous walking street food tour. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend this hotel when in Hanoi."

Our small room was very comfortable, especially the bed which provided excellent sleep after busy days. We treated ourselves to a massage at the spa and it was truly wonderful, a real highlight of our trip. But what really made this hotel stand out was the staff.
