We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "Nice and close to the Hanoi International Airport. The staff were friendly and attentive. Not 5-star accommodations but for the price we wouldn’t expect them to be. "
