"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was...

"We had an amazing stay at the Solaria! Ryan, Grace and the other staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to offer recommendations and tips about the area and made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was great for relaxing and enjoying a drink. Highly recommend Solaria for your trip to Hanoi!"

"Stayed a few nights at another hotel and only one night at this hotel. This hotel wins hands down. This hotel is more modern, location is great, very near to Hoan Kiem Lake and to night market. It is even cheaper than my first hotel. The breakfast is also better. If only I had found this hotel earlier."
