"This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. My task now is to get my money back from...

"Great location. Walking (leisurely)distance to tourist sites. Variety of dining option & cafes. Hotel staff is helpful & pleasant. Jasmine is a wealth of knowledge re local sites & services. Will stay here again when we are back in Hanoi. "

"Hotel staff was friendly n location wise ok. But the hotel is quite old n they r renovating the upper floors. Was noisy early in the morning. Room was dusty but bed n bathroom was alright. Not recommended for family with kids. The condition din bother us as we left at 8am n return after 9pm. Price is cheap"
