"Coconut Bay was the perfect family vacation. My wife and I brought our 12yr old son along for a week away from the frigid New England weather. It truly is paradise! "Beautiful property! Most of the staff was very slow to respond at the bar, eating breakfast, etc... However, Wendy at the main pool bar was excellent. She outworked everyone else 10 to 1. There was a lot of standing around by many staff members at most of the bars causing very slow service. It seems like there's no one in charge of training. The spa was excellent! "We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"
