"I really liked the private villa feeling, very private, large balcony, and a unique landscape. Very green! The villa was pretty spacious - leaving room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. Needs some renovation for 5 star resort but overall, very nice. The beach is pretty crowded with kids. If you like snorkeling, thi is not a bad spot. The staff are very nice, they take your requests very seriously, especially the manager of operations. Big THANKS to him for reserving the cabana for the whole stay. "

"A beautiful setting, very quiet and clean. Food was good, but could have had more variety and faster/better coordinated restaurant service. In room water was unpredictable, sometimes cold only, once none. The resort isn’t at all disability friendly, with many flights of stairs to get anywhere (including in our room) and no elevators. This information should be shared in all advertising to allow guests to make better-informed choices.elevators. "

"Beautiful hotel overall, room was nice (Pigeon Island building with Atlantic view) but bathroom needed updating. Shower was not all tile, had a traditional white tub and the caulk around faucet was failing making the faucet start to fall off. Was disappointed at check in, paid for ocean view expecting a view of the Caribbean but had an Atlantic view that includes a close road where you will hear locals playing loud music late at night and see cars passing by. Tried to swap to a Caribbean view...

"You will read some negative things about Soco but generally this revolves around dining it can be slow when the hotel is busy but the food is actually good and cooked fresh. Sometimes stock runs out but hey you are in the Caribbean where everything comes in by boat. If you want good dining then book Sandals. "
