"Beautiful grounds around the hotel. Room was very nice and bed very comfy. Lots of parking available too. Bar service was good and quick. Few downsides to the hotel though. Not really anything around it and the prices in the hotel are very high. Also, whilst waiting to check in, the receptionists were discussing other guests and called one of the a ‘pain in the ass’ before acknowledging we were waiting to check in which is highly inappropriate."

"An annual event. The hotel has good facilities and great access to the local shopping centre and other attractions. The staff are always friendly and helpful, we will be returning next year again "

"The main problem we found was the very hard bed and the pillows which were brick hard. This did not help our sleeping pattern."

"Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, the wash basin was cracked, the furniture was chipped, and the decor very tired the several areas of the property needed decorating and maintenance especially the ceiling in the lounge which was very stained with a water leakage. The breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful."
