"Fantastic location next to the canal enjoyed watching boats going past. Nice walks around and other places nearby. Only thing wrong with the discrimination of the property is it says it has a hot tub but it has a bath inside the house and no hot tub outside. We still enjoyed our visit "

"The Nook is a lovely place located in a perfect position to explore Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. The quality of the furnishings and particularly the bed are very good. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a further visit in the future. The only reason for four stars rather than five is due to the narrow spiral staircase which is quite steep. We could manage it but for some people it would be a real challenge."

"I don’t know where to begin; certainly not at the beginning, we would be here too long considering the house dates back to the 14th century. If you are looking for something that screams old world and yet, maintains modern conveniences, this is for you. I am glad I had a kettle for my tea as opposed to swinging a pot over an open fire, though it still feels like you could be doing just that.
