"This was a great hotel in the middle of everything in San Jose. The rooms were clean, although the one we stayed in did have a musty smell. The breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Parking was easy. The area around the hotel was good. This is the middle of a huge city, so there are always big city issues. We would stay at this hotel again."

I read some reviews on this hotel that complained about dingy/shredding towels; no window, etc. We had a room with a window opening to the hallway and hallway magically turned into a courtyard with daylight and delightful sounds of birds. Our towels were not the whitest or newest, but we weren’t looking for pristine towels. But I’ll tell you the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive; the food in their restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was large...
