"Everything was very clean but I took one star off because I usually take shampoo whenever I travel but this time I forgot it and unfortunately the dispenser the hotel had with shampoo didn’t have any shampoo also we were 5 people in the room and one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was kinda old and the mattress was too bumpy for anyone to sleep on it already. "

"Entire staff was very accomodating and friendly. Angel was especially amazing! Both rooms were very spacious and clean, and I would not hesitate to return here or to recommend Travelodge to others. Dogs liked the rooms, too!"

"This is a beautiful house right in the ideal location to Downtown Big Bear. Great game room to enjoy while at the house, big fire place, nice Jacuzzi, and a very responsive property manager who made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks for making our family vacation an incredible one!!!"
