"The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "The property I originally poked was canceled by the host because of a leak. He offered another property in the same building. When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. I came there for one night stay with my kid and his basketball family for a tournament. So when we arrived we needed to cook and get them fed and in bed ready for the nest morning. "Perfect little getaway!"

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"Nice and close to mountain. Easy walk w kids. Simple check in/check out process. Responsive communication with host. Unit is a little sparse in amenities for a family. Also, unit is up 4 flights of stairs, which allows for a nice view but requires a little more work getting kids/equipment in/out of unit. Overall though we had a pleasant stay."

"I had booked this property for my husband‘s 40th birthday only to find out that it was double booked. We had no idea which cabin was ours so we knocked on the door only to be greeted by a really upset woman slamming the door in our face who is currently staying there which we confirmed after finally getting a hold of the owner after hours of frustrations who told us too bad contact virbo which we did only to be on hold for 3 hours getting nothing resolved and no refund. I will never use this...
