The Hotel is not located in the best part of Kingston. We encountered several vagrants right outside of the hotel. Everything is costly within the hotel grounds, and very limited water was provided. We had to purchase overpriced water in the cafe and never once did the staff advise us of the surrounding businesses where we could have had more options. Water is essential and it was very limited in this hotel. Only 2 small waters were given upon check in. Notwithstanding this, the staff was professional and the room was clean. Generally the stay was ok apart from the above.

I had two stays at the hotel in the past week and both times were lovely. From checkin with Sean, Rochelle helping sort out my Expedia reservations. Anisha get me the perfect roo. Tamica and Stacey Ann breakfast service. They made my stay worthwhile.. a special shout-out to bartender Gavin for the best drinks and Morgan Palate restaurant for exceptional service and hospitality. The staff was amazing! The food is great and the premises are very clean. Thanks again to Sean and crew, even acknowledging when I came back for my second stay. I really appreciate the wonderful experience.

My husband and I were in Jamaica for a family funeral, and we stayed at the ROK hotel for five nights. What a wonderful experience that was. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and professional. Especially the front desk staff. Big shout out to Anisha, who checked us in. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is always clean, and we felt safe at all times. The food at the restaurant was also good. I would highly recommend the ROK hotel, and we can't wait to visit again.
