Finally, he made a phone call and the owner of the condo didn't even know we were checking in. She had the wrong date and had not sent any check in instructions whatsoever. "The property itself was in good shape although it is dated. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the shining stars of the entire resort. It was disappointing that a resort in Jamaica did not have much Jamaican cuisine. But there were other adequate dining options."
