"Yesss"

"The room was basic but fine. On an internal courtyard near to stair so the noise of other guests talking-when coming in during the evening/night was considerable. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, with a clear view of all the volcanoes today. The “incluido” breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful with arranging my shuttle to the lake. I will come back."

"Great hotel for the value to stay in night before and night after my hike. They stored my luggage in between. Check in desk was friendly. Room was nice and clean. First room was a single and very small, but do-able for one person. Second room was same price but slightly larger and easier to maneuver. They provide free water bottles and coffee which is nice. "

Our flight came in late, but I was able to confirm with them that we were going to be there around 11p and they had someone waiting to let us in once we had arrived. From there, the location was perfect! The staff are very kind and you can’t beat the views!"

"We stayed in the cabin at this beautiful property and it was EXQUISITE!! We had our own butler available to us 24/7. The staff is kind and helpful and they take you to and from the hotel with no issues. The cabin is spacious, really well made (just the right amount of outlets everywhere), the hot tub area is fantastic, the cooling is perfect, the bathroom is gorgeous - I could go on!!"
