"Our first trip to Puebla, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "Pool was in renovation and didn't said so in expedia. Told to use the pool of the hotel next door. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great, specially with the views of the Popocatepetl. A solid option for the price. "
