The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "One of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. I almost gave it 4 stars because the AC wasn't working in my room but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by sending maintenance immediately at almost midnight. "

"The staff service is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are great and all tourists attractions are walking distance! The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive.
