"My go-to place to stay in Puebla. Just outside of the main downtown area but far enough that you can sleep away from the noise. Very comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to the Zocalo area."

"The hotel is awesome, but it’s the staff that makes the difference. The staff member that checked me in is consistently outstanding.He remembers my name and is very polite and kind. The new bartender from Costa Rica was great, considering it was his first night. He made me laugh and has a really great personality. So all is good!"

"I am very happy with the staff service for this establishment. The minute we walked in we were welcomed very nicely. We were offered a traditional drink which was something we had not expected, but thought was a nice touch after traveling for a long period of time. The room we were in was on the second floor and was equipped with everything you could need. I will say that walking to this particular room was a bit of a hassle since it was very much hidden and no shortcuts to get there. Overall,...

"This property is conveniently located in the center of the city. It is about a 10-minute walk from Zocalo. The hotel was clean and the staff members were very helpful. There were two downsides: 1. My room had a window that only faced a wall. I do not know how many rooms are like that. 2. The chair provided in the room (which is convenient if you wish to do work on your computer) is heavy and the floors do not have carpets. The result is that you can hear the person upstairs dragging the chair...
