"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "

"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "

"The property is beautiful and our room was very nicely appointed. The rooftop was the perfect place for sunset! With a view of the volcano. The location is further from the historic center than I would suggest to stay. We love to walk but there is so much to walk and see that adding the extra to get back to the hotel was a bit much. All the shopping and restaurants are around the historic square so we found we would Uber from the hotel to the square then start walking from there. The...
