"Lovely hotel only thing was it says quiet rooms ours wasnt we had lift on one wall and a very noisy alley/aircon system outside window. Cleaning staff very polite but didnt fill our tea/coffe/sugar/milk up for 4 days had to keep asking but all in all good hotel "

"The breakfast buffet was great. Azaria was amazing serving us and taking care of us everyday especially playing with my 16 months old daughter. However, one thing I would like to add or perhaps for the hotel to address is have facilities to wash baby bottles. I’ve had to call room service and plead every single time to get the bottles washed up. I’ve never had issues at crown or 4 seasons but sad to say getting this done here was a total disappointment. Other than that everything else was good!...

"Quieter part of town (less foot traffic and no tram/train noises). Handy to theatre, array of dining options. As always Melbourne is very walkable. Property (Nov 2024) undergoing some fantastic renovations and upgrades that will be brilliant when completed. There is little to no interference from this during your stay."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were perfect with facilities inside, we didn’t use them all but would have been brilliant (cooking, dishwasher, fridge) Clean rooms. Perfect location with so much within a short walking distance! Will definitely stay again!"

"Hotel was clean, great location, kinda pricey for the shoebox size room. But place was clean, staff very friendly, especially cleaning staff for rooms. Bar and Restaurant in foyer called "Stubby's" was convenient very friendly staff, great chef, great food well priced, children friendly awesome! Only bad point was the size of the shower/bathroom/toilet arra and the terrible sliding door on the bathroom, that offered no privacy from family members. Also TV did not work and i couldnt even mirror...
