The location is great but property is tired looking. As my flight was delayed I had to do self check in and would have had to any time after 8.30pm. It was a very cold night and the room was freezing. No one had thought to turn the aircon on and someone was up early the following morning, talking loudly so a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

We had a great stay at The Cosmopolitan. The room was much bigger than expected with very comfortable beds. There is some noise at night but that's to be expected in such a central location. Super short walk to the Palais, water and cafes.

Location
Studio with microwave, hotplates, kettle, etc. Enough crockery and cutlery. Tiny bathroom and shower over bath. Big bedroom and table and chairs on an enclosed terrace. Spacious. Staff helpful and efficient. Lift access. Lots of parking. Close to transport including Skybus to/from the airport. Will stay there again.
