"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional.
