"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

"Really comfortable bed, clean property, very warm and friendly welcome. The bathroom was updated and very spacious, great shower. Just a little dark so putting on make-up or seeing details on the face was difficult - maybe they could look to improve the bathroom task-lighting when they next get around to any alterations/updates in future. Overall very positive experience. Parking was also a breeze."

"Beautiful view from my room. I loved waking up to the skyline. The room was very spacious but extremely old furnishing. There were also moths in the room that were coming out of a nook but otherwise a nice place to be and not too far from the Australian open. "
