"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

"It was good, the fridge though in room sounds like it’s going it was hard to go to sleep at night with that in back ground as well as other noises from outside. Last time we stayed there few years ago was great it was on the inside this time we had to walk outside to get to the room it just wasn’t as comfy could hardly get in and out of shower. Pillows were just ok. But it was good location and easy to get to and from the tram. "

"We loved our stay here the apartment was spacious clean snd well appointed would be great for a longer stay;we had fantastic views of albert park it was a short walk to the alfred hospital too "

"Lovely hotel only thing was it says quiet rooms ours wasnt we had lift on one wall and a very noisy alley/aircon system outside window. Cleaning staff very polite but didnt fill our tea/coffe/sugar/milk up for 4 days had to keep asking but all in all good hotel "
