"Very close to Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Park (as we stayed for Australian Open, 15 mins drive away is super convenient). The house is on a quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood with a small grocery shop (sells milk, eggs, coffee too) 150 m away, all sorts of eateries and Coles supermarket on bay street which is about 10 mins walk away. "We, loved the house. It was comfortably laid out, had every kitchen device you could want and a lovely private area out back to dine or relax. Chris was a fantastic host, answered all our questions promptly and was very informative about the area. The house is within walking distance of the CBD, the Botanic Gardens, the market and the Ian Potter centre which has outstanding aboriginal art. All in all a perfect place for us. Thank you Chris"

"Overall we enjoyed the stay at the home I know one of the couples were commenting on the shower in the main bathroom downstairs that they had to stand a long way back as they were short to have a decent shower and water went outside the bath. Our other question was the parkiing permits were expired even though we used them and no fine yet but that did concern me a little but other than that we had a fabulous week thankyou.
