"We had great stay- work and play were combined and loved our time"

"Very secure yard for dogs, everything we needed was provided. Lovely place, very clean and easy to keep clean with kids/pets. So convenient having a corner store and cafe a couple minutes walk away, and we walked into DFO with the kids a very easy stroll. The running track took me right to the casino complex in just over kilometer or so. Julie gave us timely check in info and was easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again."

"Overall we enjoyed the stay at the home I know one of the couples were commenting on the shower in the main bathroom downstairs that they had to stand a long way back as they were short to have a decent shower and water went outside the bath. Our other question was the parkiing permits were expired even though we used them and no fine yet but that did concern me a little but other than that we had a fabulous week thankyou. "Stayed in a grand old family home in eclectic Elwood for a mix of family get together and the Australian Open tennis tournament. The house was a beautiful period piece and close to the bars and restaurants in St Kilda, and an easy train ride to the tennis. Worked out perfectly for us and we really enjoyed our stay."

"We, loved the house. It was comfortably laid out, had every kitchen device you could want and a lovely private area out back to dine or relax. Chris was a fantastic host, answered all our questions promptly and was very informative about the area. The house is within walking distance of the CBD, the Botanic Gardens, the market and the Ian Potter centre which has outstanding aboriginal art. All in all a perfect place for us. Thank you Chris"

"Check in process was a nightmare with the wrong codes being supplied. Whilst the property and its location was good, the surrounding alleys were a nightmare if used after sunset. They were littered with drug users who will be a danger to anyone walking past them. They were aggressive and expletive in language. So we didn't venture out at night after the first encounter."

"Spacious, clean, very comfortable, relatively quiet, private and well maintained apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We have family in Albert Park we visit at least once each year. This is the first apartment we’ve stayed in that we would want to book again next visit. The location was perfect for us - easy access on foot to family and by tram to the city and everywhere else we wanted to go."

"We came down to St Kilda to attend a local event and were not disappointed by this accommodation. It was very well serviced and met all our needs. It was very close to everything so we could basically lock up the car and come back to it when it was time to go home. The owner was very accommodating and always got back to us when we had any questions. Very happy with our stay."

"Beautiful home that is so ‘Melbourne’. Perfect location thats a quick walking distance to St Kilda main street, restaurants, bars, tram system. Extremely comfortable beds. We had 6 guests stay and always felt there was plenty of space of all of us. Very warm and cosy on the cooler days. No negatives to share, we all absolutely adored this home and would definitely try use again for our future melbourne trips! "

"We enjoyed two weeks in Port Melbourne. Tram system was close by allowing us to connect with several tour companies and enjoy the city of Melbourne. Our accommodation was very comfortable for three people. The kitchen was great, and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. There was plenty of room to spread out. There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby in Port Melbourne. The townhouse was a great place to stay, and we will be back!"

"This apartment suited our needs: 4 women needing 4 different sleeping spaces. Clean, with very comfortable beds. Photos were as depicted. We were here for a conference, and walked 15 min to Conference Center- pleasant and safe environment. We would recommend the Emerald Hill Café for excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch. The apartment has a large functional kitchen which we used as well. As expected, being located on busy street, some street noises for those sleeping in master and living room...

"Quite disappointed in this property. The front entrance was full of leaves and had not been cleaned. We could not sit on the chairs and table on the patio as they were filthy and had bird poo all over them and that outdoor area was also a mess. The owner lives behind the property and gave us towels to sit on the chairs. We had to vacuum the spider webs off the ceiling that were hanging down over the beds and door frames. For 3 nights and 4 people, were we given 2 rolls of toilet paper, a tiny...

Comfortable, value for money stay

"It was a nice stay, quick check in, easy check out, good facilities in stay, responsive staff to request for assistance getting more pillows, and having an item printed. Very helpful and polite staff. Housekeeping clearly under pressure, table tops not clean in room, random teabag on floor. Surrounding area OK. "
