"My stay was good. I wish they offered larger rooms for people traveling with large dog. The space was small for my large dog and I. The outdoor courtyard was nice, but there was no flat grass area to go do their business. Going outside at night so my dog can relieve himself is not very safe in that area. "

"Inside the hotel provided a nice Victorian feel. However, outside the hotel there is a lot of homelessness around the entire downtown area (not just limited to this hotel). As long as you are aware of this, it's a great place to stay. We still walked around outside the hotel as there are many places to eat nearby, within walking distance. "

"Took stars off because the toilet was dirty and there was urine and toilet paper in it. The dinner service was canceled because of illnesses which is understandable. You have to pay extra for room coffee and no creamer. The lobby coffee was only out between 6-9am which is not late enough! The $15 per night credit was nice considering the amenity fee is $28 per night. Besides that I found it to be pretty quiet and my room was close to the elevator which I thought was going to be a problem. The...
