"Loved this Inn. We had never been to Portland and the staff answered any questions we had. They also made great recommendations for dining spots within walking distance. We will be staying there for all future Portland trips."

"We loved the location and size or our room. The staff should make the new (to us) policy on room cleaning clear upon checkin. We assumed the room would be tidied (waste cans emptied, towels exchanged, etc.) daily. We weren't aware we had to make a call to request each service. After we were aware, the request from our call was misplaced."

"Clean enough for a budget place. Some things are kinda weird. I’ve stayed multiple times and there’s a wall scones light, with a floor lamp right below it. The room I was in this time the chair was partially blocking the entrance. Sheets are clean, bathrooms clean although the shower pans are extremely stained and dingy looking. Pretty much every time I’m here I find long black head hairs stuck to the towels. (Maybe have the laundry people wear hair nets) "

"It was a pleasant stay i was in Portland for medical reasons The only problem i had Friday morning was i couldn't get out front door to catch my cab for surgery it was locked the lobby door was unlocked but not front door and no security guy to lett me out had to go all the way around to get out with my wheelchair Saturday i called the desk at 915 and no one would answer I will stay therr again in Jan because i have madical appts again"

"Property was clean and appealing, rooms spacious. Coffee needs to be updated in room. Breakfast hours should be extended to 1000 instead of 0900."
