"Pros: Great location, clean hotel and room, good parking, friendly staff, secure, great for a place to just sleep and great price (about 40/night for 3 beds). Staff is accomodating and provided a fan due to broken ceiling fan. Great wifi, good cell signal, nice common area to relax and have a few drinks, steps to the beach, quiet area. "Loved being so close to la punta without being right in the noise of it. All the coolest hippie spots within a short walk and about 15 minutes to La Punta playa. First of all the microbús from Oaxaca Zicatela stop is so close so that was nice at night to just walk up no taxi or camión required. Check in was so easy they asked when I would arrive and were waiting for me since there’s no reception desk. But whenever I messaged through the app they responded right away. AC felt great. "We had a great stay in a private room here. Staff were all really friendly and the pool was such a bonus. The only minor downside was the fact our room was next to a rather busy road so it was quite loud. "

"Nice pool, I cleaned it daily due to the trees overhanging drop lots of debris in it but still nice to have. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. We were asked to vacate our room (4 hours) during our stay due to fumigation happening at in the rooms. Kitchen was decent for cooking a few meals. I came to surf and probably won’t be returning to the la punta area but a nice stay for the price. There was no hot water in our shower. "
