"Very clean. Lovely welcome by desk staff at 3.30. Room immaculate. Bathroom excellent partner especially enjoyed shower. And a very fine breakfast. Tv could do with more options and appreciated the ability to adjust room temperature through windows. Enjoyed our stay so much wanted to stay a little longer. And here we come to the interaction that coloured our whole stay. We politely requested the option to stay a little longer and were met with a flat no. No apologies. No 'let me see what i can...

"From the start to the finish of are stay was enjoyable. The lady on reception was friendly and give us both a lovely welcome. The pool and hot tub was great and the food was excellent. "

"Really enjoyed our stay but the only negativity is that the bedroom walls could do with being soundproofed better ( we stayed valentine's night!) and the bathroom needs a bit of tlc"

"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."
